I’m Ethan Applen — a Studio City resident, third-generation Southern Californian, and someone who genuinely believes that finding the right home should feel like finding the right life.
I’ve spent over two decades in Los Angeles. I know which Studio City street has the best Saturday morning energy. I know where the light hits in the Hollywood Hills at golden hour. I know which blocks feel like community and which ones feel like real estate.
